Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role at Dollar General in Salem, SD. Functions as Cashier and/or Stocker and leads in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register and completing required paperwork. Provides superior customer service, helps maintain a clean, safe, and profitable store, and supports cash control and security practices. Requires ability to perform basic math and cash handling, with relevant experience in supervisory duties preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (preferred)
