Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Roanoke, IN (Part Time) responsible for acting in a lead capacity in the absence of store leadership, assisting with plan-o-gram setup, customer service, merchandise stocking, cashier responsibilities, and store maintenance. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating cash register, handling payments, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, providing superior customer service leadership, and supporting opening/closing tasks under Area Manager direction. Requires math proficiency, cash handling knowledge, and effective communication; prior supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
