Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT at Dollar General in Redfield, SD. Function in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager while performing cashier/stocker duties, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, and delivering exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and facing merchandise, merchandising displays, operating the cash register, handling payments and refunds, keeping the front end clean and organized, opening/closing the store under direction, and ensuring store safety and security. Requires supervisory experience or related training and proficiency with cash handling, plan-o-gram interpretation, and basic math; strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
