Lead Sales Associate (Part Time) at Dollar General in Mount Olive, MS. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams and displays, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and change, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Supports store operations through cashier accountability, loss-prevention practices, and adherence to SOPs; may open/close the store under Area Manager direction and sign for refunds/overrides in the manager's absence. Requires strong math, cash handling, customer service, and interpersonal skills; High School diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
