Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, provide exemplary customer service, and perform duties to maximize profitability and teamwork. Responsibilities span unloading trucks, stocking and facing merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with open/close procedures, supervising cashier accountability and cash handling, monitoring security and safety practices, and supporting overall store operations as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
