Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT duties include acting as cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of store leadership, assisting in plan-o-gram setup and maintenance, and delivering exemplary customer service. Responsibilities cover unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and refunds, and helping maintain a clean, organized store. The role requires attention to cash control, safety practices, and adherence to company procedures; offers a lead role in daily operations and supervision in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
