Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of store management, cashiering and stock duties, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, stocking and merchandising, assisting customers, operating the cash register and handling transactions, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and supporting store leadership to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires mathematical cash handling skills, knowledge of plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation, and effective interpersonal communication; high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
