Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate functions as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant, performing cashier and stocker duties while assisting with plan-o-grams, customer service, and store profitability. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register and scanner, handling payments and deposits, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supervising cashiers, and ensuring security and adherence to company policies. Required Qualifications
