Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part Time) in Ferdinand, IN: act in the absence of the Store Manager, lead cashiering and stocking duties, assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, provide exemplary customer service, and help maximize profitability and teamwork. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and displaying merchandise, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, opening/closing the store, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, enforcing cash-control procedures, supervising cashiers, and supporting store leadership with daily operations and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
