Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT role in Ferdinand, IN. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments, organizing and cleaning the store, and supporting store operations. Requires delivering exemplary customer service, following SOPs, and ensuring store security and loss-prevention practices. Skills include math calculations, cash handling, IBM cash register usage, plan-o-gram interpretation, effective communication, and adherence to safety policies. Relocation assistance is not available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Six months of supervisory experience (preferred)
