Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role with Part-Time hours in Evansville, IN. Responsibilities include acting as cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of Store/Assistant Manager, executing plan-o-grams, delivering exemplary customer service, unloading trucks, stocking and facing merchandise, inventory management, assisting in store openings/closes, managing refunds/overrides as needed, maintaining cashier accountability and security practices, monitoring cash levels, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires ability to perform basic math, cash handling, familiarity with IBM cash register functions, and adherence to safety and merchandising guidance. High school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
