Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Evansville, IN. Functions as Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and refunds/overrides, maintaining a clean and secure store, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires knowledge of cash handling, basic math, and familiarity with merchandising and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
