Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate position in Buxton, ME focusing on cashiering and stocking with lead duties in the absence of store leadership. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, processing payments, handling refunds/overrides, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment. Requires math and cash-handling abilities, knowledge of planograms, strong customer-service and communication skills, and ability to supervise and support fellow cashiers and staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
