Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, providing exemplary customer service, and performing duties to maximize profitability and store performance. Daily tasks include unloading trucks, receiving and stocking merchandise, adding and rotating stock, maintaining displays, aiding in plan-o-gram implementation, assisting customers, operating and managing the cash register, handling payments and change, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting cash control and security procedures. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior supervisory experience (preferred). This is a part-time role based in Bingham, ME, with relocation assistance not available.
