LEAD SALES ASSOCIATE-PT - 20 and older only - in PRINCETON, KY S08687

Lead capacity in cashier/stocker role and act in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Provide exemplary customer service. Perform other duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while protecting assets. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, receiving and unpacking cartons, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, restocking, ordering zones and drop shipment categories, assisting with plan-o-gram maintenance, helping customers locate merchandise, operating cash register and handling payments, maintaining cleanliness and store appearance, and supporting store security and cash control procedures. Requires mathematical ability, cash handling knowledge, ability to read plan-o-grams, and effective communication; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
