Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role providing exemplary customer service and acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, including assisting with plan-o-grams, stock merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, maintaining cashier accountability, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and supporting profitability and teamwork. Requires ability to perform math, cash handling, planogram adherence, and effective communication; supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
