Job Summary
Lead Associate responsible for selling Perry Ellis merchandise and executing Perry Ellis customer service standards. Responsibilities include driving sales, building a repeat customer base through PE Loyalty Program data, maintaining product knowledge and store visuals, stepping in when supervisor is not present, ensuring proper floor coverage, reducing shrink through loss prevention, executing pricing strategies and planograms, supporting brand positioning, and replenishing merchandise as needed. Requires athletic apparel retail experience, 1–2 years of retail experience, high school degree, flexible availability, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a positive, energetic demeanor is expected.
