Job Summary
Welcome every customer and create an outstanding shopping experience by recommending phones, accessories, and service plans while demonstrating the latest wireless technology. Build lasting relationships that encourage returns, meet individual sales goals, and contribute to store success. Open and close the store, assist with daily operations and merchandising, and help maintain inventory accuracy and store security. Stay knowledgeable about promotions and new products, complete training, and follow company policies and cash handling procedures. Support store operations and management with operational tasks and special projects to ensure an excellent customer experience.
