Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General responsible for cashiering and stocking with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, maintaining a clean, safe store, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires basic math, cash handling knowledge, ability to read plan-o-grams, and strong interpersonal/oral and written communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience preferred. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
