Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include providing customer-service leadership, operating a cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with planograms, and opening/closing the store under direction of the Store Manager; also performing duties of a Sales Associate and acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; requires effective interpersonal skills, ability to follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides, cash handling, and basic math, with six months of supervisory experience preferred.
