Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Responsibilities include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, cleaning, and helping with planograms. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, provides superior customer service, and supports store profitability and asset protection. Must be able to perform cashier duties, handle cash, stock shelves, open/close the store, and follow company processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
