Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsibilities at Dollar General: function as a cashier and/or stocker while leading in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; assist with plan-o-grams and merchandising displays; provide exemplary customer service; unload trucks; stock, rotate, and face merchandise; maintain registers and assist customers; process payments and handle banking tasks; monitor store operations, safety, and security; open/close the store per Area Manager directions; supervise cashier accountability and deposits, and support loss prevention; location: Ventnor, NJ; on-site role with no relocation aid; requires high school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience; pay starts at $16.42-$16.67 per hour.
