Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role in Dollar General Twinsburg: provide superior customer service, operate cash register, assist customers with merchandise, stock and rotate shelves, maintain cleanliness, help implement planograms, and support opening/closing duties. Serve in a lead capacity in the absence of store management, guiding store staff and ensuring store profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, ability to follow safety policies, basic math and cash handling, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to perform routine store operations under supervision.
Required Qualifications
