Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate in Tampa stores, acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsible for cash handling, stocking, plan-o-grams, merchandise displays, customer service, and maintaining store standards. Performs duties such as unloading trucks, receiving and shelving merchandise, operating cash register, processing transactions, ensuring cashier accountability, and assisting in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized store with emphasis on profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
