Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include functioning as a cashier and/or stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of store management; assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs; provide exemplary customer service; unload trucks; stock and rotate merchandise; assist customers; operate cash register and process payments; authorize refunds/overrides as directed; maintain register discipline and cash control; ensure store cleanliness and safety; help maintain merchandising displays and overall store profitability and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
