Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate in a Dollar General store responsible for customer-service leadership, operating a cash register, stocking and merchandising, store cleanliness, and assisting in store management duties in the Manager’s absence. Duties include assisting customers, processing transactions, stock rotation, planogram implementation, stock setup, opening/closing the store, and performing other duties to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires effective communication, adherence to safety practices, ability to perform cash handling, basic math, and ability to drive store operations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
