Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Sebeka, MN: function as a cashier and/or stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating cash register, handling deposits and refunds, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires mathematical ability, knowledge of cash handling, plan-o-gram guidance, safety practices, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience preferred. Relocation assistance not available. Starting pay range: $11.91–$12.16 per hour.
