Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashier duties and stock in a Dollar General store, acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager; duties include unloading trucks, stocking and facing merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires supervisory-experience familiarity, ability to perform cashier functions, and knowledge of plan-o-gram execution and merchandise presentation; emphasizes teamwork, asset protection, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
