Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for maintaining a clean, customer-first store, assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning and organizing the store, executing planograms, and opening/closing duties. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager and performs duties typically associated with store leadership, including cashiering, customer service excellence, merchandising, and ensuring store standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
