Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Plant City, FL, responsible for functioning as a cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of store management. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising displays, and supporting overall store profitability and loss prevention. Required Qualifications

- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Experience with IBM cash register functions
- Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills
- Understanding of plan-o-gram following
