Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for customer service leadership, cash register operations, stocking and replenishing merchandise, maintaining clean and organized store conditions, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of planograms, opening and closing the store under direction, and performing duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Must provide superior customer service, operate cash register and scanner, process payments, stock and rotate merchandise, and support store profitability and asset protection. Requires ability in math, cash handling, merchandising presentation, and adherence to safety policies; prior supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
