Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in North Little Rock, AR responsible for delivering customer-first service, operating cash registers, stocking and displaying merchandise, executing planograms, and supporting store leadership in opening/closing tasks and in the absence of Store Manager. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, understands safety and cash-handling procedures, and assists customers with merchandise while contributing to profitability and asset protection. Must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and travel between tasks within a fast-paced retail environment. Prior supervisory experience or leadership capability is preferred.
Required Qualifications
