Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General responsible for providing superior customer service leadership, operating the cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, and assisting in store operations. Duties include greeting customers, processing transactions, following planograms, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing duties in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager. Requires effective communication, knowledge of cash handling, planograms, and ability to perform basic math; prior supervisory experience preferred.
