Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for maintaining a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus, assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, and performing other duties as assigned to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction. Leadership duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager, providing superior customer service leadership, managing cash handling procedures, planogram adherence, store opening/closing, and supporting merchandising, safety, and daily store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
