Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, cashiering and stocker duties, ensuring proper plan-o-grams, providing exemplary customer service, unloading trucks, stocking and merchandising, assisting with inventory ordering, maintaining store appearance and cleanliness, and enforcing store policies and procedures while protecting assets and maximizing profitability. Key skills include cash handling, operating a cash register, customer service leadership, familiarity with plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation, safety and loss prevention practices, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
