Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate in Le Roy, MN: function as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling cash and deposits, maintaining store cleanliness and displays, and supporting store leadership in ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and security. Requires supervisory experience or related training; emphasizes customer service, accuracy in cash handling, planogram compliance, and store operations. Relocation assistance not available. Starting pay range $11.91-$12.16/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentages)
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control
- Ability to operate IBM cash register functions
- Knowledge of plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance
