Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include providing superior customer service leadership; greeting and assisting customers; operating cash register and scanner to total purchases; handling cash and change; stocking, rotating, and restocking merchandise; setting up merchandise displays; maintaining store cleanliness; assisting in planograms; opening and closing the store under direction of management; performing duties in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager; and adhering to safety and cash handling policies. Strong interpersonal/oral communication skills, ability to perform basic math, familiarity with planograms, and ability to drive bank deposits are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
