Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate leads customer-service initiatives and store operations: greet and assist customers, operate the cash register and scanner, itemize purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise, stock and rotate merchandise, set up displays, maintain planograms, open/close the store under the Store Manager’s direction, and perform duties in the Store Manager/Assistant Manager’s absence. This role requires effective interpersonal skills, safety awareness, ability to follow merchandise presentation guides, basic math, and cash-handling procedures. Prior supervisory experience or related training is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
