Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General responsible for delivering customer-first service, operating the cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, executing planograms, and assisting in store operations. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and may perform duties typically handled by management. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to perform cash-handling tasks, and adherence to safety policies. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training).
