Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role in Dollar General (Hohenwald, TN) involves functioning as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires ability to perform math calculations, cash handling, knowledge of plan-o-gram guidance, and strong customer service and communication skills. Relocation assistance is not available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
