Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Guymon, OK: Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, ensure exemplary customer service, unload trucks, stock merchandise, rotate/display items, process transactions at the register, authorize refunds in the absence of store leadership, monitor cash levels, and uphold store safety and cleanliness. Requires ability to perform cashier duties, follow plan-o-gram guidance, support store operations, and contribute to profitability and teamwork. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred. Relocation not offered.
