Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assisting with plan-o-grams, stocking and merchandising, providing exemplary customer service, unloading trucks, rotating and stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, processing payments and returns, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting cash-control and loss-prevention practices. Must perform duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction, with supervisory responsibilities and guidance under the Area Manager. Preferred completion of high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of supervisory experience.
