Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for providing superior customer service, operating cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in store management in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Performs duties of a Sales Associate with a lead capacity, including greeting and assisting customers, itemizing purchases, following planograms, stock replenishment, merchandising displays, opening/closing the store under direction, and supporting safety and cash-handling processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
