Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate provides customer-first service and leads store activities: greet and assist customers, operate cash register and scanner, itemize purchases, process payments, stock and rotate merchandise, clean the store, maintain planograms, open/close the store under direction, and perform duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. This role requires strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, familiarity with cash handling procedures, ability to follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides, and capability to drive bank deposits when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) (preferred)
