Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General performs customer-service leadership, greets and assists customers, operates the cash register and scanner, processes payments, bags merchandise, stocks and rotates merchandise, cleans the store, maintains planograms, and assists in opening/closing procedures under direction of the Store Manager. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) with six months of supervisory experience (or related training) and involves frequent walking, lifting up to 40 pounds (up to 55 pounds occasionally), and driving to bank deposits as needed.
