Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs; provide exemplary customer service; unload trucks; stock merchandise and maintain displays; restock returned merchandise; order zones and drop shipment categories; assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance; assist customers; maintain store cleanliness; operate cash register and handle payments; manage cashier accountability and security procedures; monitor cash levels and complete required paperwork; assist in maintaining a safe and organized store and provide superior customer service leadership; open and/or close the store under direction; authorize refunds/overrides in absence ofManager; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
