Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashiering, stocking, and leading in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Executes plan-o-gram maintenance, assists customers, unloads trucks, stocks shelves, maintains displays, handles cash and register duties, and supports store profitability and safety. Requires strong customer service, cash handling, merchandising, and supervisory abilities; standard duties include greeting customers, banking deposits as needed, and enforcing company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate IBM cash register and understand cashier procedures
- Understanding of plan-o-gram interpretation and merchandising guidance
