Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include providing superior customer service leadership, greeting and assisting customers, operating cash register and scanner to total purchases, handling cash and making change, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, following planograms, housekeeping, and assisting in store management tasks in the absence of the Store Manager. Must demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills, basic math, knowledge of cash handling procedures, planogram adherence, safety practices, and ability to drive store profitability while protecting company assets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
