Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Crossville, TN. Responsible for delivering customer-first service, operating the cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with planograms and displays. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and may perform duties of a Sales Associate as needed. Requires effective communication, understanding of safety policies, ability to perform cash-handling and basic math, and willingness to drive to the bank for deposits. Relevant supervisory experience or training and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
