Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Corning, NY. Function as a cashier and/or stocker and act in lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling payments and refunds, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store leadership to maximize profitability and safety. Skills requested include mathematical aptitude, cash handling and register operations, plan-o-gram compliance, interpersonal and written communication, safety awareness, and ability to maintain organized, secure store operations. Relocation assistance is not available. New Hire Starting Pay Range: 16.50 - 16.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
